Cheese Broccoli Soup
Cheese Broccoli Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 2 chopped frozen broccoli, 1 can potato soup, 1 leek soup mix (knorr), 1 lb. mexican (mild) velveeta cheese and 1 can swanson chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook chopped broccoli as directed.
Mix potato soup as directed on can.
Mix leek soup mix as directed on box.
Add cheese and broth last.
Mix well.
I use a crock-pot.
Cook about 1 hour.
If you do not have crock-pot, you will need to watch it, so it won't stick to boiler.
