Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar, salt, oil and half of the flour.
Mix. Add remaining flour.
Knead into a soft dough for about 5 minutes.
Divide dough into 2 loaves; knead 1 1/2 cups cheese into each loaf.
Shape into round loaves; flatten slightly. Bake on a Teflon baking sheet or in individual loaf pans at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
