*Cheese Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1/4 c. honey or sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. margarine and 1 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scald milk; stir in honey or sugar, salt and margarine.
Cool to lukewarm.
Measure water into a large bowl and sprinkle in dry yeast.
Stir until dissolved, then add to warm milk mixture.
Add cheese and flour; mix well.
Dough should be non-sticky to fingers, smooth and satiny.
Place dough into greased bowl and let rise until doubled.
Punch down and divide into 2 portions.
Let rise on bread board for 10 minutes.
