Cheese Blitz
Cheese Blitz is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf white bread, crusts pulled off and rolled thin, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 egg, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix well the cream cheese, egg and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread mixture on bread.
Roll up; dip in margarine and sugar.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon.
Melt margarine.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
