Cheese Blintzes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 loaf sandwich bread and 1 stick butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut the crust from the bread and mash flat with a rolling pin.
Spread with mixture of cream cheese, egg and 1/4 cup sugar.
Dip in melted butter.
