Cheese Biscuits
Cheese Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 lb. new york state cheese, grated, 2 c. sifted flour (maybe a little more), 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together margarine and N. Y. State cheese; set aside. In the meantime, combine and mix together flour, salt, baking powder, red pepper and sift all together.
Mix this together with margarine and cheese until a smooth dough is formed.
Roll out dough to desired thickness.
Sprinkle paprika on top. Use wax paper on top and press in pecan half.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
Take out before real brown.
Cool before removing from pan.
Makes about 75 small biscuits.
