Cheese Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1/3 c. shortening, 1/2 c. shredded cheese and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Measure flour in medium bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in cheese and milk.
Knead lightly 3 or 4 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 450Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
