Cheese Balls
Cheese Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. dry cottage cheese, 2 c. flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp. salt and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put cheese in bowl, add egg and mix well.
Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth and hands come clean.
May have to add a little extra flour.
Drop by teaspoonful in boiling water.
Cook until they come to top or until tender (about 10 minutes).
Drain.
Fry onions in butter and pour over cheese balls and serve.
