Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. cream cheese, 1 (5 oz.) jar old english cheddar, 1 (6 oz.) jar port wine cheddar, 4 oz. blue cheese and 1 tsp. onion juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all cheeses at room temperature and add onion juice. Combine nuts and parsley; add 2/3 of mix to cheese.
Chill 1/2 hour.
Roll into ball or an appropriate shape for the season and cover with remaining parsley-nut mixture.
Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with unflavored crackers. Better if made several days in advance to blend flavors.
Can be frozen for future use.
