Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (do not soften), 5 oz. crushed pineapple, drained, 1/4 c. each finely chopped bell pepper and onion, 2 c. pecans, chopped and separated and 1 tbsp. seasoned salt (add a little more), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
