Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch mix (milk and mayo one), 1/4 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine the first 3 ingredients with an electric mixer.
Add the 2 cheeses.
Mix until well blended.
Place mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer and shape into ball.
Roll cheese ball in finely ground walnuts.
Place on plate and cover with plastic wrap until ready to use.
