Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 2 tbsp. white wine, 1 c. chopped, ripe olives and 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat cream cheese with mustard and wine until smooth.
Add olives and Cheddar cheese.
Form into ball.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill.
Roll in sunflower nuts or finely chopped walnuts before serving.
(Nice to keep on hand during holidays for "drop-in" visitors.)
