Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. cream cheese (soft), 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, 1/4 c. chopped green peppers, 2 tbsp. onion and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
