Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, 6 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tsp. worcestershire, 2 tsp. grated onion and garlic, finely minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cheese combine softened cream cheese, preferably in electric mixer.
If too stiff to blend well, little grated onion and Worcestershire and a little finely minced garlic; mix well and allow to stand in refrigerator for several hours.
Shape into balls
(this recipe will make 2 large balls or 3 medium balls) and roll in chopped pecans.
Chill again and serve with crisp crackers.
