Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp. milk and 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine soft cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, milk and oregano, mixing until well blended.
(Use mixer or food processor, if desired.)
Shape into a ball (will be sticky).
Place in a bowl and chill for several hours.
Later, remove from refrigerator and roll in snipped parsley
(fresh if possible) or finely chopped nuts.
