Cheese and Veggie Crescents
Cheese And Veggie Crescents is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli, thawed and well drained, 1/2 lb. cheese (velveeta), cubed, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, 3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled and 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine spinach or broccoli, cheese spread, bread crumbs and bacon in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
Unroll dough and separate into 16 triangles.
Cut each triangle in half lengthwise so you'll have 32 triangles.
Spread each triangle with about 1 teaspoon of mixture.
Roll up, starting at wide end.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Β° for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 32 appetizers.
