👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in bottom of unbaked pie shell.

Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.

Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300° and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.

Can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
