Cheddar Spinach Quiche
Cheddar Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain spinach well on absorbent paper.
Toss cheese with flour. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.
Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Garnish with additional bacon if desired.
