Cheddar Potato Gratin
Cheddar Potato Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix, 3/4 c. beer or water, 1/4 c. water, 2 lb. all-purpose potatoes (about 3 large), thinly sliced and 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Blend onion recipe soup mix, beer and water; set aside.
In 2-quart rectangular baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, layer half of the potatoes, soup mixture and cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour.
Remove foil and continue baking an additional 5 minutes or until top browns slightly.
Makes about 8 servings.
