Cheddar Potato Casserole
Cheddar Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 c. condensed cream of chicken soup (can add or substitute cream of potato soup) and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Stir soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine cornflake crumbs and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Sprinkle over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 20 minutes more (until browned). Serves 12.
