Cheddar Muffins
Cheddar Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease or spray muffin pan.
Stir together flour, cheese, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Make a well in center.
In a small bowl, combine egg milk and oil.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture.
Stir just until moistened.
Batter should be lumpy. Fold in crumbled bacon.
Fill prepared muffin pan cups.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden.
Remove from pan.
Serve while warm.
