Cheddar Crisps is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese, 1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Cream butter and cheese together. Blend in flour, salt and paprika.
Knead with hands to form a soft dough.
Form small balls with mixture and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press balls down slightly.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
