Cheddar Chicken Casserole
Cheddar Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breast, 2 c. water, 3 green onions, chopped, 3/4 c. cheddar cheese crackers and 1 c. elbow macaroni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Simmer chicken 25 minutes.
Drain broth and save.
Cool chicken; tear into chunks.
Cook macaroni in water.
Drain. Place macaroni in 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Cover with chicken.
Thin soup with broth, 2/3 cup with each can of soup.
Pour soup over top of chicken.
Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
