Cheddar Chicken
Cheddar Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 good-sized pieces chicken cutlet, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (campbell's), 1 bag (large) shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. mayo and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and saute in oil until the chicken turns white.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
Cook broccoli or asparagus.
In mixing bowl, blend soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder.
In bottom of loaf pan, place broccoli or asparagus on top of vegetables.
Arrange chicken to cover vegetables and chicken.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350Β° oven for about 35 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
