Cheddar-Broccoli Noodles
Cheddar-Broccoli Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. campbell's chicken flavor ramen noodle soup, 1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can campbell's condensed cheddar cheese soup and 1/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water to boiling. Add noodles and broccoli.
Return to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until noodles and broccoli are tender, stirring occasionally to separate noodles.
Stir in one seasoning packet; drain off most of liquid.
(Reserve remaining seasoning packet for another use.)
Add cheese soup, sour cream and pepper. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with sweet red pepper, if desired.
Makes about 4 cups or 6 side dish servings. Prep time
10 minutes.
