Cheddar Baked Potatoes
Cheddar Baked Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or any cream soup, 1/3 less salt is best), 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 4 potatoes, sliced about 1/4-inch thick and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small bowl combine soup, paprika and pepper.
In greased 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese.
Spoon soup mix over cheese.
Cover with foil.

Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
