Mix melted butter and 1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers.
Layer to form a crust to cover bottom of large square pan.
Mix ice cream, pudding mix and milk with mixer on low speed.

Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
