Charlotte's Easy Lasagna
Charlotte'S Easy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (32 oz.) jar ragu spaghetti sauce, 3/4 to 1 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/3 of sauce; next 1/2 lasagna noodles (uncooked), 1/3 of cheeses (that have been shredded and mixed together).
Repeat layers, ending with sauce, then cheese on top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
