Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler and cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon.
When it begins to set, add 1/2 pint whipping cream, which has been whipped with 1 teaspoon almond flavoring.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Allow mixture to congeal.
