Chantilly Potatoes
Chantilly Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. mashed potatoes *, 1/2 c. whipping cream, salt and white pepper, a few grains cayenne and 1/2 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare mashed potatoes.
Whip the whipping cream until stiff.
Season it with salt, white pepper and cayenne.
Combine it with grated cheese.
Spread mashed potatoes in casserole dish. Cover with the whipped cream mixture.
Bake at 375Β° until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are lightly brown.
