Chalupa
Chalupa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. chuck roast, 1 lb. pinto beans (about 2 1/4 c.), 2 cloves chopped garlic, 2 tbsp. chili powder and 1 tbsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put first 8 ingredients in large pot (crock-pot) and cover with water.
Cook, covered, on low heat, and if necessary, add water.
After 6 hours, take out bones and break up roast with fork.
Cook with lid off until thick, about 1 hour.
Serve mixture over bed of corn chips (Fritos) and add any or all of the other ingredients.
