Celery Water Chestnut Casserole
Celery Water Chestnut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. celery in 1-inch slices, 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, thinly sliced, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. diced pimento and 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook celery in small amount of water for 8 minutes; drain. Mix celery, water chestnuts, soup and pimento; turn into buttered casserole.
Mix bread crumbs with almonds and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
