Celery Seed Dressing
Celery Seed Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. dry mustard, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. celery seed soaked in 2 tbsp. water and 1/4 tbsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Measure dry ingredients and mix thoroughly (except celery seed).
Add grated onion and small amount of vinegar.
Add oil and remaining vinegar gradually, beating after each addition.
Add the celery seed which has been soaked in the water.
Makes about 1 pint.
Great on cole slaw and chicken. Keep in refrigerator. Shake well before using.
