Celery Seed Dressing
Celery Seed Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 4 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 c. vinegar and 1 qt. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Blend in a blender the sugar, dry mustard and salt.
Add vinegar then slowly pour in oil a little at a time until mixture thickens.
Add celery seed and onion.
Refrigerate.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
