Celery Casserole
Celery Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. celery cubed, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. water chestnuts and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In sauce pan boil for 5 minutes soup, milk, water chestnuts, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix crackers and butter together to make crumbs.
Place celery in a baking dish, pour soup mixture over celery; and top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
