Celebration Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, undrained, 1 pt. raspberry sherbet and 2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare gelatin in boiling water.
Allow to cool before adding pineapple and sherbet.
