Celebration Chicken
Celebration Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken (salt to taste), 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. water, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix and 1/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place a long sheet of foil on shallow 10 x 15-inch baking pan or cookie sheet.
Arrange chicken in a layer on foil.
Combine onion soup, ketchup, brown sugar and water and pour over chicken evenly.
Close the foil to make an envelope and seal in juice.
Bake at 375Β° for 50 minutes.
Remove chicken to platter and spoon sauce over chicken.
