Cedric's Casserole
Cedric'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 3 tbsp. butter, 2 lb. ground meat, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute onion in butter.
Add ground meat, salt and pepper. Saute cabbage.
In a 2-quart baking dish, place 1/2 cabbage on bottom.
Place ground meat mixture on top of cabbage and cover with remaining cabbage.
Pour a large can of tomato soup on top. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
