Caviar Chicken Kiev
Caviar Chicken Kiev is an easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 2 eggs, 1/2 stick sweet butter, 8 tsp. caviar and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut each boned chicken breast in 2 pieces.
Remove skins. Pound with flat cleaver until thin.
Place 1 teaspoon of caviar on top of butter.
Roll up breasts and tie with thread.
Beat eggs. Roll chicken in egg and then bread crumbs.
Fry them in deep fat at 370Β°.
Serves 8.
