Caviar Canape
Caviar Canape is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. minced onion, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 2/3 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the eggs and the mayonnaise together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together.
In an 8-inch spring-form pan, spread the egg mixture in the bottom. Sprinkle with the onion, then spread the sour cream mixture over top.
Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
To serve, sprinkle with caviar.
