Caviar Artichoke Delight
Caviar Artichoke Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1 small onion, grated, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar caviar, drained and 2 hard-boiled eggs, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix cream cheese and artichoke hearts with mixer.
Add grated onion.
Mold into a circle on a serving tray.
Before serving, spread caviar on top of cream cheese mixture and place grated egg on top of caviar.
Serve with crackers.
