Cauliflower Vegetable Casserole
Cauliflower Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 recipe medium white sauce, 1 c. shredded cheese and 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion or 1 onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook cauliflower and mixed vegetables according to directions. Stir Cheddar cheese into white sauce.
Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
Layer vegetables, onion and pimento.
Pour sauce over and sprinkle cracker crumbs over sauce.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes.
During last 5 minutes, add onion rings to top of casserole.
