Cauliflower Soup
Cauliflower Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower, separated into small flowerets, 7 c. water, 3 tsp. salt, 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large kettle, add cauliflower, water and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer until very tender.
Add bouillon cubes, margarine and sausage; bring to a boil.
Stir in Cream of Wheat. Cook 5 minutes.
