Cauliflower Soup
Cauliflower Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 hi-energy chicken soup supplement, 1 c. fresh cauliflower, 2 c. water, 1/4 c. green onion and 1/4 c. mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Boil cauliflower in water until tender (save water).
Add 1/2 cup reserved cauliflower water to chicken soup mixture and mix together in a bowl.
Blend cauliflower in blender until smooth. Add chicken soup mixture, mushrooms and green onion to cauliflower and blend.
Add spices and heat until hot.
