Cauliflower Cheddar Casserole
Cauliflower Cheddar Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. milk, 2 slightly beaten eggs, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine soup, milk and eggs.
Stir in half of the cheese, the bread crumbs, parsley, pimento, onion, salt and pepper.
Chop cauliflower and stir into soup mixture.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Top with remaining shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes.
