Cauliflower Bake
Cauliflower Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 c. water, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine cauliflower, salt and water.
Bring to a boil and cover.
Cook about 5 minutes or until tender.
Drain and set aside. Combine butter, sugar, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs.
Stir in cauliflower, one cup of shredded cheese, onion, pepper and diced tomatoes and juice.
Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Take out of oven and add remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 or 10 minutes. Delicious!
