Cauliflower Au Gratin
Cauliflower Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 2 gloves garlic, 1 c. cooked ham, 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in skillet.
Saute garlic and ham for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower and cook until crisp-tender.
Combine flour and cream; stir in skillet and blend well.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook until thickened and bubbly.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place in preheated oven at 350Β° until cheese has melted and brown on top, about 15 to 20 minutes.
