Cauliflower Au Gratin
Cauliflower Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cauliflower (about 6 c.), 1/4 c. margarine, divided, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz.) and 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Break cauliflower into sections.
Cook for 10 minutes in boiling water, which has been salted.
Drain well.
Combine cauliflower with 2 tablespoons margarine, onion, cheese, sour cream and salt.
Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Melt remaining margarine and toss with bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over the cauliflower mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
