Cauliflower and Carrot Casserole
Cauliflower And Carrot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, broken, 1 bunch carrots, sliced, 3/4 c. cheddar cheese and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook cauliflower and carrots, salted to taste, separately, in small amount of water.
Drain and arrange half of cauliflower in bottom of buttered casserole.
Add drained layer of carrots and half of cheese.
Repeat with remaining cauliflower, carrots and cheese.
Top with undiluted soup and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° until very hot.
