Catsup
Catsup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. unpeeled tomatoes, 2 tbsp. salt, 3 c. sugar, 2 c. sharp vinegar and 1 tbsp. stick cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine tomatoes, salt, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, mustard, red pepper and mixed spices in kettle.
Boil hard for 1 hour.
Strain. Return to stove and thicken with cornstarch, moistened with a little vinegar.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Very good. I prefer to use only 1 teaspoon red pepper.
